New Year’s Eve is one of the most anticipated holidays of the state and if you’ve ever owned pets here, you’ll know it’s time to be on your toes.

Every year our local message boards are filled with missing animal posts throughout December because of the deep love of fireworks here. Keep your pets indoors and maybe even sedated or else you’ll be one of those unfortunate lost pet owners.

I doubt things will ever change so just do your best and get some ear plugs or… crack a green bottle and light a fat firework with da boys.
